Our hotel rooms were clean and perfect, with heating. Marvellous location with free parking for guests. Set in a fairly nice area short walk to shops and restaurants. An easy walk to the centre of town and the different bus terminals.

Our stay at Hostal El Nogal was superb. The room was impeccably clean and the bed linen was complete. The host, Rodrigo, was extremely helpful with tips about the city and even assisted us in arranging our transportation. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, including different breads, ham, cheese, tea. The view of the Volcán Villarica from our room was absolutely beautiful. Despite a slight drawback of the property being a bit far from the center, the city itself felt very safe. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Pucón.

Rodrigo, the host, was incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. He even provided helpful tips and assistance through WhatsApp, making our journey from Temuco Airport to Pucón seamless. the room was impeccably clean, with a beautiful view of volcán Villarica. the breakfast spread was delicious and varied, and the common living area was perfect for socializing with other guests. the property is well-maintained, charming, and located in a safe residential area.

I recently stayed at Hostal El Nogal for the second time and had a fantastic experience. The owner, Rodrigo, made me feel right at home and was always there to assist me. The facilities were excellent, from the comfortable rooms to the efficient heater and refreshing shower. The hostel also offers a fully equipped kitchen, which was a great convenience. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast, with the option to make my own toasties. The location is also convenient, just a short walk from the main street.

The breakfast at the hostel had a great variety, including eggs and homemade jams. the host was friendly and helpful, even with limited English. the kitchen facilities were good for meal preparation. It was also conveniently located near a supermarket.
